Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:
1-20 oz. bag frozen broccoli; 2 cans cream of mushroom soup; 2 cans milk; 1/2 C. white wine; Salt and pepper to taste; Dash tarragon
Preparation:
Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Combine all ingredients and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream in each serving.
