Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh broccoli or frozen (10 oz. bag); 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 C. fresh mushrooms, sliced; 2 eggs, beaten; 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese; 1 T. minced onion; 1 C. cracker crumbs or 1 can French fried onions
Preparation:
Cook and drain broccoli. Mix all ingredients and put into greased casserole. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top or French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
