Ingredients:
1 lb. fish fillets; 6 T. sour cream; 1 T. Parmesan cheese; 1/2 tsp. paprika; Dash of tarragon; Dash of salt; 2 T. seasoned bread crumbs; 2 T. butter, melted
Preparation:
In a shallow baking dish, place fish fillets. Mix sour cream, Parmesan cheese, paprika, tarragon and salt; spread over fish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
