Ingredients:
1 lb. fish fillets; 1/2 C. mayonnaise; 2 T. lemon juice; Butter; Paprika; Bread crumbs
Preparation:
Make a sauce of mayonnaise and lemon juice. Arrange fish in a shallow baking dish and spread with sauce and dot with butter. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Then broil until golden brown.
