Broccoli-Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients:
1 sm. broccoli head; 1/2 cauliflower head; 1 C. chopped celery; 1 sm. chopped onion; 1/2 stick butter; 4 T. flour; Salt and pepper to taste; 1 qt. chicken stock; 1 T. fresh parsley, chopped; 1 C. light cream
Preparation:
Steam broccoli, cauliflower, parsley, celery and onion. Make a white sauce with butter, flour and 1 cup chicken stock. Combine veggies, chicken stock, seasonings, white sauce and heat thoroughly; add light cream before serving.
