Bailey's Irish Cream
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk; 2 T. chocolate syrup; 1 tsp. instant coffee; 12 oz. whiskey; 16 oz. non-dairy creamer (frozen)

Preparation:
Dissolve the instant coffee in a little hot water. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Bottle and refrigerate.
