Ingredients:
Buttered bread crumbs; 1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheese; Salt and pepper to taste; 1 pt. milk; 2 large eggs; 1 egg yolk of another egg
Preparation:
Line a deep-dish pie plate with buttered bread crumbs. Arrange shredded cheese next. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk and salt and pepper. Pour over cheese and crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot as a dip with crackers.
