Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef; 1 small onion, chopped; Salt and pepper to taste; 2 tomatoes, chopped; 2 avocados, chopped; one 6 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese; 1/2 C. taco sauce; 8 oz. sour cream
Preparation:
Brown onion and ground beef; drain and add salt and pepper. In a glass bowl, arrange beef and onions then tomatoes; then avocados then cheese. Fold in taco sauce. Heat in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Top with sour cream and serve with taco chips.
