Filled Pumpernickel
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened; 1/2 C. sour cream; 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix; 6 oz. dried beef, chopped; 1 small green pepper, chopped; 1 round loaf pumpernickel bread

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except bread and chill. Cut off top of bread; pull out pieces of bread, leaving outer shell intact. Place chilled dip in center of bread shell; serve with bread pieces and crackers.
