Sweet and Sour Sausage Balls
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
3 lbs. pork sausage; 3/4 C. brown sugar; 3/4 C. red wine vinegar; 3/4 C. ketchup; 1/2 tsp. ginger; 1-1/2 tsp. soy sauce

Preparation:
Make 1" balls out of sausage and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Drain well on paper towels. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs; marinate overnight. Heat and serve; makes about 100. Serve in a chafing dish with toothpicks.
