Ingredients:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened; one 3-1/2 oz. can smoked oysters; 1 T. mayonnaise; 1 T. milk; 1 small onion, finely diced; Dash chopped chives or parsley
Preparation:
Use a food chopper and chop oysters; add all ingredients except chives or parsley. Chill. Put in a pretty glass bowl and garnish with chives or parsley. Serve with assorted crakers. Makes 1 cup.
