Ingredients:
Two 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese; 1 lb. shrimp (canned or fresh); 2 T. horseradish; 3 T. chili sauce; 1 scallion, chopped; Juice of 1 lemon; 1 T. chopped chives; Fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation:
Soften cream cheese and beat. Add chopped shrimp and mix; add seasonings and chill in a pretty bowl. Serve with assorted crackers (makes 3 cups). Recipe may be cut in half.
