Ingredients:
1 can red salmon; 2 drops Worcestershire sauce; 8 oz. soft cream cheese; 3 T. chopped parsley; 1/2 C. chopped pecans; Crackers
Preparation:
Combine salmon, cream cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and shape into ball. Roll in mixture of pecans and parsley. Roll in plastic wrap and chill. Serve with crackers.
