Ingredients:
3 lbs. chicken wings; 1 C. soy sauce; 1 C. brown sugar; 1 stick butter; 1 tsp. dry mustard; 3/4 C. water
Preparation:
Prepare wings (throw away tips) and disjoint. Arrange in a shallow baking dish. heat remaining ingredients until all is dissolved and pour over wings. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
