Ingredients:
4 strips bacon, crisp and crumbled; 3 C. chopped mushrooms; 1 small onion, chopped; Dash garlic powder; 2 T. flour; Dash salt and pepper; 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1 tsp. soy sauce; 1/2 C. sour cream; one 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Preparation:
Microwave 4 strips bacon until crisp; crumble. Saute mushrooms and onions in 2 tablespoons bacon fat; add garlic powder, flour, salt and pepper, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix. Add cream cheese and heat until melted. Add sour cream and bacon; heat through. Serve on crackers, sliced baguette or pumpernickel bread.
