Ingredients:
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese; 20 slices white bread, slightly toasted; 1/2 lb. uncooked bacon; 1 medium onion, quartered
Preparation:
Mix cheese, onion and bacon together in meat grinder or food processor. Remove crust from toast. Spread with mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until it bubbles. Cut into quarters. Serve hot.
