Ingredients:
1 scallion, chopped; 1 garlic clove, minced; 1 T. butter; 8 oz. cream cheese, softened; 1/2 C. sour cream; 1/4 C. light cream; 2-1/2 oz. chopped dried beef; 2 T. fresh parsley; 1 T. horseradish; 1 T. lemon juice
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine onion, garlic and butter. Microwave until butter melts (30 seconds). Add cream cheese (softened) and remaining ingredients. Chill about 2 hours and serve with assorted crackers or thinly sliced baguette.
