Turkey Stuffing
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
1 C. chopped celery; 1/2 C. chopped onion; 1/2 C. butter (1 stick); 1 loaf bread cubes, soft; 4 eggs, beaten; Salt and pepper to taste; 3 T. chopped fresh parsley; 1 or 2 C. milk

Preparation:
Saute celery and onion in butter. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Judge amount of milk according to wetness desired. Mix well and stuff chicken or turkey.
