Peach Kuchen
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
2 C. flour; 1/4 tsp. baking powder; Dash salt; 2 T. sugar; 1/2 C. butter; 12 peach halves; 3/4 C. sugar; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 2 egg yolks; 1 C. heavy cream or evaporated milk

Preparation:
Sift dry ingredients. Cut in butter with 2 knives. Put into a glass baking dish (9x11"). Pat until even and up sides of pan a little. Place peaches over pastry and sprinkle with cinnamon and 3/4 cup sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix yolks and cream and pour over Kuchen. Bake another 30 minutes. Serve warm.
