Creme Caramel
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
4 T. brown sugar; 2 eggs; 1 C. evaporated milk; 2/3 C. water; 1/3 C. sugar; 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla; Pinch salt

Preparation:
Use 4 custard cups and press 1 tablespoon brown sugar into each one. Beat eggs in a bowl and then add rest of ingredients; mix well. Pour into custard cups and divide evenly. Set custard cups in a shallow pan of hot water (1"). Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Unmold when cool and serve.
