Ingredients:
Two 9 oz. boxes Ritz Bits crackers; 1 C. dried roasted peanuts; 1/2 C. butter; 1 C. sugar; 1/2 C. light Karo; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation:
Set oven at 250 degrees. Combine crackers and chopped peanuts in a 9x13" pan. In a saucepan, melt butter; add sugar and syrup then boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla and baking soda; pour over cracker mixture and mix well. Bake 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes. Cool on wax paper and store in an airtight container.
