Ingredients:
3 eggs; 1-1/2 C. milk or 1 C. half and half; 3 T. butter; 1 C. flour; 1/4 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. vanilla; 2 tsp. sugar ^^ FRUIT FILLING: 1 C. sour cream; 1/4 C. brown sugar; Dash cinnamon; 2 C. fresh fruit
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients until smooth. Let batter stand 1 hour. Heat 8" skillet brushed with butter. Pour 3 tablespoons batter and tilt pan so batter will spread. Cook crepe quickly on both sides. Fill with your favorite filling. Serves 16.
