Ingredients:
2 sticks butter; 1/2 C. oil; 3 C. sugar; 5 eggs; 3 C. flour; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 tsp. lemon extract; 1 C. 7-Up
Preparation:
Cream butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs and flour alternately, beating well. Fold in remaining ingredients. Bake in bundt or tube pan at 325 degrees for 70 to 75 minutes. Cool and remove from pan; dust with powdered sugar. Serves 15.
