Moist Cake

Ingredients:
1 yellow cake mix; 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding; 2/3 C. oil; 2/3 C. water; 4 eggs; 1/2 C. chopped nuts

Preparation:
Combine ingredients and bake in a greased and floured 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
