Ingredients:
2-3/4 C. flour; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. baking soda; 2 C. sugar; 3 eggs, beaten; 2 medium bananas, diced; one 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained; one 7 oz. can coconut; 1 C. pecans, chopped; 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla; 1-1/2 C. oil
Preparation:
In a bowl, sift dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well (but don't overbeat). Pour into bundt or tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes until done. Serves 12 to 15.
