Ingredients:
2 C. sugar; 1 C. milk; 3 tsp. baking powder; Pinch salt; 2 sticks butter; 1 C. coconut; 4 eggs, separated; 3 C. flour; 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation:
Mix wet ingredients in 1 bowl; mix dry ingredients in another bowl, sift once or twice. Add coconut and mix well. Bake in 9x13" greased pan. Make white icing and add more coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
