Ingredients:
1/2 C. flour; 1/2 tsp. cloves; 1 T. coriander; 8 egg yolks; 2 C. sour cream; 1/4 C. vinegar; 1/2 C. raisins; 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 1 T. nutmeg; Dash of salt; 4 egg whites; 2 C. sugar; 1/2 C. chopped pecans; 2 unbaked pie crusts
Preparation:
Combine dry ingredients. Whisk the yolks. Beat egg whites stiff and fold sugar into whites. Stir whites into yolks and add dry ingredients; add sour cream and pour into 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 15 more minutes.
