Ingredients:
1 lb of penne pasta 1 15oz can of black beans 1 15oz can of corn 1 15oz can of diced tomatoes 1 onion 2 green peppers 3 tablespoons of olive oil 4 tablespoons of vinegar 1 teaspoon of chili powder 1 teaspoon of red pepper
Preparation:
Boil pasta until cooked, strain. Chop onions and green peppers. Strain and rinse beans. Combine all ingredients. Serve chilled.
