Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie crust; 16 oz. canned pumpkin; 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk; 2 eggs; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 1/2 tsp. ginger; 1/2 tsp. nutmeg; 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 35 to 40 more minutes.
