Sour Cream Apple Pie
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
1/2 C. sugar; 2 T. flour; 1/4 tsp. salt; 8 oz. sour cream; 1 egg; 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla; 2 C. chopped apples; 1 unbaked pie crust ^^ TOPPING: 1/3 C. flour; 1/3 C. sugar; 1/2 stick butter; 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation:
Combine sugar, flour and salt; beat in sour cream, egg and vanilla. Stir in chopped apples and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake 30 more minutes. Remove pie from oven and set oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle topping on pie and return to oven for 10 minutes.
