Ingredients:
Zucchini; Onion, finely chopped; Salt and pepper to taste; Butter; Bread crumbs made from seasoned croutons; Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Use a deep-dish pie plate. Cut zucchini in half, cut again lengthwise; score insides, careful not to cut outside of skins. Stuff onions into scored zucchini and sprinkle rest of the ingredients on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste; then dot with butter. Cover all this with bread crumbs then Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
