Ingredients:
9 medium redskin potatoes; 1 stick butter; 1 tsp. salt; 2 C. light cream; Dash onion powder; 6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Cook redskin potatoes, cool and slice thin. Heat butter, salt, cream and onion powder. Do not boil. Stir in cheese and pour over potatoes that you have arranged in a buttered shallow baking dish. Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
