Ingredients:
One 16 oz. frozen veggie combo (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower); 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 C. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.); 1/2 C. sour cream; Salt and pepper to taste; 1 can French fried onions
Preparation:
Combine veggies (thawed and drained), soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper, 1/2 can chopped French fried onions. Pour into a deep-dish pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and top with 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions. Bake uncovered about 5 more minutes. Serves 6.
