Ingredients:
2 C. mashed sweet potatoes; 2 eggs; 1 C. milk; 6 T. sugar; 2 T. butter; 1 C. mini-marshmallows
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients except marshmallows and pour into a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows. Bake 10 minutes more until topping is golden brown.
