Ingredients:
3 C. mashed sweet potatoes; 3/4 C. sugar; 2 beaten eggs; 1 T. vanilla; 1/2 C. milk; 2 T. butter; Dash of salt ^^ TOPPING: 1 C. brown sugar; 1/3 C. flour; 3/4 C. chopped nuts; 1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except topping. Pour into a deep-dish pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine 4 topping ingredients and sprinkle over partially baked potatoes. Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until golden brown.
