Ingredients:
1cup ketchup ¼ cup brown sugar 3tbsp cider vinegar 2 tbsp water 1tbsp Worcestershire 1tsp sea salt 1tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder 1tsp ground chipotle chile ½ tsp ground sage ½ tsp ground white pepper 1/8tsp ground peppermint ½ cup crushed pineapple (drained)
Preparation:
Mix all of the ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer over med-low heat for ½ hour to allow the flavors to blend. Good on anything that you want to spice up. Keep in refrigerator for up to 6 months.
