Ingredients:
1-1/2 C. fresh mushrooms; 1 C. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix; 3/4 C. heavy cream; 1/2 C. chicken broth; 2 T. butter; 2 T. dry sherry
Preparation:
Butter a shallow casserole and arrange cleaned, sliced mushrooms. Sprinkle half of stuffing mix; repeat layer of mushrooms and stuffing mix. Combine cream and chicken broth and pour over top. Dot with butter; sprinkle sherry and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
