Ingredients:
1 C. sliced fresh mushrooms; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 small jar Cheez Whiz; 1/2 C. chopped celery; 1/2 C. melted butter; 1/2 C. chopped onion; 1 can water chestnuts; 1-1/2 C. Minute rice, uncooked; 10 oz. box or bag of frozen broccoli
Preparation:
Saute onions and celery in butter. Combine remaining ingredients to onion and celery mixture in a large bowl and pour into a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
