Ingredients:
3 lbs. cooked redskin potatoes; 1/2 C. chopped scallions; 1 C. sour cream; 1 C. chopped ham; 2 T. wine vinegar; 1 T. fresh dill; 1-1/2 C. chopped celery; 1/2 C. mayonnaise; 1/2 C. crumbled blue cheese
Preparation:
Slice or dice cooked potatoes, then mix all ingredients together and chill. Garnish with parsley or paprika.
