Ingredients:
2 C. grated raw potatoes; 2 eggs, beaten; 1 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. baking powder; 1 T. (heaping) flour; 1 small onion, grated (opt.)
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Use iron skillet and heat 3 tablespoons oil and drop mixture by tablespoonful into hot oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve with applesauce and sour cream.
