Ingredients:
One 32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed; 1 medium chopped onion; 1/4 C. butter, melted; 1 can cream of chicken soup; 1 pt. sour cream; one 8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese; Salt and pepper to taste; 2 C. crushed cornflakes
Preparation:
Mix potatoes, onions and butter. Add soup, sour cream, cheese and seasonings. Pour into 9x13" pan. Put crushed cornflakes on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
