Ingredients:
4 medium redskin potatoes; 1/4 C. butter; 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese; 2 T. paprika; 2 T. fresh parsley
Preparation:
Slice potatoes into a microwaveable pan. Melt butter and pour over potatoes, stir in last 3 ingredients. Microwave on high for 16 minutes or bake in oven for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
