Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes; 1/2 C. oil; 2 T. Parmesan cheese; Dash salt and pepper; 1/4 tsp. garlic powder; 1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation:
Cut potatoes into wedges, lengthwise. In a 9x13" pan, arrange potatoes skin side down. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Brush every 15 minutes. Turn potatoes over for last 15 minutes.
