Ingredients:
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese; 2 C. macaroni, cooked; 4 T. butter; 2 tsp. grated onion; 1 T. flour; Salt and pepper to taste; 2 C. milk
Preparation:
Melt butter, add onion. Blend in flour, salt and pepper and milk and cook until smooth. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add cooked and drained macaroni; mix gently and pour into greased deep-dish pie plate or shallow baking dish. Sprinkle some cheese on top and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
