Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten; 1 C. sugar; 1 C. hot milk; 1 C. riced or mashed potatoes, cooked; 1 T. vanilla; Dash nutmeg; 1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation:
Bake pie shell at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; set aside. Combine eggs, sugar and milk. Stir in potatoes and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with nutmet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
