Ingredients:
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled; 1 small onion, diced; 2 T. butter; 1 C. milk; one #2 can green beans; 1 C. chopped tomatoes; 3 T. flour; Salt and pepper to taste; 12 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation:
Saute onion in butter; add flour then milk and cook until thick; add beans, tomatoes, and seasonings. Fold in cheese and pour into a deep-dish pie plate. Top with crumbled bacon and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
