Ingredients:
Two 16 oz. cans green beans, drained; 1 C. sauteed fresh mushrooms; 3/4 C. milk; 1 tsp. soy sauce; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 small onion, diced; 1 C. sour cream; Salt and pepper to taste; 1 can French fried onions or crumbled crisp bacon
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except French fried onions or crumbled bacon. Place in a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and put on choice of topping. Return to oven and bake a few more minutes.
