Ingredients:
5 ears fresh corn; 3 eggs, beaten; 3 T. flour; 2 T. sugar; 1 tsp. salt; 1 T. butter, melted; 1 C. light cream
Preparation:
Cut corn from cob (about 2 cups). Beat eggs; add corn plus the rest of ingredients. Stir well. Pour mixture into greased deep-dish pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
