Ingredients:
1 lb. tuna salad or salmon salad; 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese; 8 slices tomatoes; 8 slices French bread or English muffins
Preparation:
On a broiler pan, arrange the 8 slices of bread or muffins. Spoon salad on bread evenly. Top with a tomato slice, then some shredded Cheddar cheese. Broil sandwiches 6" from heat until golden brown.
