Ingredients:
2 C. crumbled saltines; one 6 oz. can tuna; 2 C. milk; Butter; Season to taste; 1 tsp. celery leaves
Preparation:
In a greased deep-dish pie plate, layer 1 cup saltine crumbs; layer tuna and dot with butter. Sprinkle the other cup of crumbs on top and pour in 2 cups milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Good with noodles and tomato sauce.
